Trojan Marching Band Alumni Association ranks comprised 496 alums at the end of the fiscal year on June 30, just 20 months after the organization was formed. It is USC’s fastest-growing alumni association.
President Rick Nordin said membership grew 85 percent during a pandemic year, evidence of the strong commitment of alums of all ages.
“We saw a surge in young alums from the last 10 years,” Nordin said. “My thanks to all the dedicated alums who have helped build and support this fast-growing and effective organization. Even in a tough year, we met our commitments to the Spirit of Troy and arranged fun events for our members. And next year will be even better as we gather for the Greatest Halftime Show in the History of the Universe.”
Nordin congratulated TMBAA First Vice President and Membership Chair Marty Lichtmann and his committee for driving membership opportunities and exceeding first-year goals.
